The matter was considered at a meeting with representatives of AO «Sudostroitelny zavod imeni Oktyabrskoy revolyutsii» and Ministry of Economic Development of the Amur region under the leadership of the First Deputy Prime Minister Marina Dedyushko today.
In the territory of shipbuilding plant more than 20 years there is an unfinished average catching vessel (readiness of 57%). According to the CEO of the plant Vyacheslav Popov, the vessel was under construction as rybookhranny.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Amur region the question of completion of the vessel as research is discussed many years at all levels. At the moment Rosrybolovstvo is the owner of the vessel, however due to the lack of means the question remains not complete.
Арбитражный суд Амурской области вынес решение обязать Росрыболовство в 6 месячный срок убрать судно с территории завода. Но на данный момент судно по-прежнему остается на месте.
«Presence of this object at a shed prevents plant operation. Nevertheless, we cannot move away him. At this site we could make metalwork and ship-building products, besides the plant incurs expenses for safety of the vessel» — Vyacheslav Popov noticed.
«The government of the Amur region repeatedly initiated consideration of a question by determination of the plant by the only contractor on completion of the vessel. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation the letter with the offer to complete the vessel, to withdraw or utilize was sent. The answer that the decision on completion of the vessel can be made only taking into account opinion of the potential customer was received, and the question of withdrawal or utilization belongs to a prerogative of the owner of the vessel» — told the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Amur region of Marín Dedyushco.
Further the Government of the region together with shipbuilding plant and federal bodies will continue work on possible mechanisms of completion. In addition, the possibility of conversion of the vessel from rybookhranny in fishing with further realization to the fishing organizations is considered. Previously amount of works for conversion will be about 500 million rubles, and the cost of an analog of the vessel is more than 3 billion rubles ×
